The 2.20 low gear is just not low enough. If you want a 4 speed, get a Muncie M20 with a 2.52 low gear ratio.

In my opinion the super T10 is stronger than a wide ratio muncie weaker than a close ratio non m22 muncie definitely weaker than a m22 but a good box for decent power heavy street car without a ton of power. My last 4 speed was my 70 monte carlo before the switch to LS & auto.
